Many Germantown High School students who enroll in dual English will be taking a field trip Wednesday, February 22nd, to the University of Memphis. Those who attend the trip will be researching for their English paper and will be informed of many great ways to improve on their research skills. They will be given tools that will enhance their research for articles to be used on their annotated bibliography.
(For those unaware, dual enrollment classes are opportunities for high school seniors to take university level courses while still in high school. Dual enrollment courses are monitored and supervised by an accredited university, and credit is given both from the high school for completion of the course, but also from the university. This lets the hours transfer to wherever the student decides to attend college.)
