I am glad that Kamron is at Germantown High School because I am certain that he is creating lifelong friendships and he is receiving one of the best possible setups for his future. Kamron is an ambitious young man with a lot of big goals and he receives so much support from his teachers and other staff at GHS. We became part of the Germantown Schools family when Kamron was in 5th Grade. Since then, we have been blessed to come into contact with many teachers and staff that have encouraged Kamron to go for his goals while offering him the support he needs to actually meet those goals.
Germantown not only offers great instruction and support in core classes but also amazing “specialty” classes that allow the students to get real world experience in courses that may interest them in college or a future career. Kamron is interested in becoming a detective and eventually an attorney. Since being at Germantown High School, Kamron has been very active in the Criminal Justice program. Kamron has been given the opportunity to intern with a law office, sit on the Youth Court panel with Shelby County Juvenile Courts, take trips to visit colleges in TN and down the East Coast, and has visited two State Supreme Courts. Kamron is becoming a better speaker, a better thinker, and a stronger advocate for himself and others and we could not have asked for a better high school experience.
